Family General Practice
Peppertree Medical has closed permanently from 01.08.2025. If you are a former patient of the practice, we ask that you register with a new general practice and sign a request for records form which they will email to us. Within 21 days of receiving that request, we will forward your complete file to your new doctor, so if you make an appointment please be aware that they may not have received your information at the time of your visit. Wherever possible, we will send the file sooner.
The practice email will be active and monitored until the end of September 2025, so we kindly ask that you register with a new practice as soon as convenient. Please note that once the records are forwarded to a practice (practice 1), if you subsequently register at another practice (practice 2) you will need to ask practice 1 to forward your file to practice 2 as they will have the most up-to-date version of your records.
Every second Wednesday, the echo clinics will continue to be conducted in Suite 3 next to the former Peppertree Medical clinic. Appointments can be booked by emailing [email protected] or by texting 0499 107 884. The emails and mobile will be checked daily, but not continuously monitored. If you provide your phone number, Barbara will call you back once she has seen your message. If you are a healthcare provider requiring a copy of an echo report, please phone Barbara on 0499 107 884.
Fly2Health will continue to see clients at Suite 3 on alternate Wednesdays, and bookings can continue to be made as before. Their contact details are:
